Our O St project featuring 8 townhouses is part of Modern Richmond‘s tour tonight. Get tickets online and join us. Forrest will be there, along with Josh Bunch of UrbanCore, to give insight into our design and discuss our efforts to restore and renovate this historic block in Church Hill. Construction is moving along on our 4,000 SF retail project in the Designer and Decorators Building on E 59th St and 3rd Ave. The design features nearly 60′ of uplit barrel vaults along the main axis of the showroom. We stopped by yesterday to inspect the CNC milled templates that form the shape of the framing.
